The hirer means the persons whose name appears on the Booking Form.
The premises means the bungalow, garden and paths owned by the owner.
The furniture means the furniture, fittings and effects mentioned in the inventory.
Occupancy of the property is offered only on the understanding that no more than the maximum number of people indicated shall use it.
These conditions of hire and the booking form when signed by us shall constitute a binding arrangement.
In order that the premises can be thoroughly inspected and serviced between lets, holidays begin at 3:00 pm. on arrival day and terminate at 10:00 pm on the day of departure.
The hirer shall not make any alterations or additions to the premises and the hirer shall keep and leave the premises and furniture in the same state as that which obtained at the start of the let. Furniture shall not be moved from existing locations.
The hirer shall not do anything whilst in occupation which causes annoyance or nuisance to neighbours and their property.
The hirer shall use the premises solely for the purpose of a private holiday residence and shall not sub-let under any circumstances.
The hirer shall permit the owen or representitive to have access to the premises at reasonable times.
The hirer shall deliver up the keys to the owner at the end of the let.
If due to circumstances beyond our control it is necessary to cancel a booking, a full refund of any monies paid to use will be repaid to the hirer.
It is agreed by us and by the hirer that occupation by the hirer is occupation as a holiday home as mentioned in the Housing Act 1988 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9 and that the hirer agrees that the tenancy granted by this agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy will arise at the end of the term.
Holiday tenants are reminded that they are responsible for normal everyday cleaning and are expected to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition. Any excessive extra cleaning is the responsibility of the person who signs the booking form. A charge may be made to cover our expense in default of the last named point.
The balance for the holiday must be received by us 6 weeks before commencement of the let.
It is regretted that pets cannot be accommodated.
The premises are subject to a "no smoking" policy for the benefit of everyone.
